Dr. Sophronia Stidwell DC is your Family Chiropractic Physician servicing
the Jackson Metropolitan Area for over 10 years. Dr. Stidwell DC patients
range from newborn babies to the elderly. She focuses on helping each
individual become a healthier individual overall thus improving quality of
life. Her goal is “To Help Others Live Their Lives & Not Just Exist In It”. She
does this by providing programs that address the Physical, Chemical, &
Mental components of each individual that she meets and can help.
Dr. Stidwell DC grew up in Hazlehurst, MS, and currently resides with her
husband and children. Dr. Stidwell DC received her bachelor's degree in
Biology/ Pre-Physical Therapy from Alcorn State University. Upon completion
of her undergraduate studies, she attended National University of Health
Sciences and graduated with her Doctoral of Chiropractic Medicine Degree.
Since then Dr. Stidwell DC has continued her studies in Extensive
Postgraduate Training on various topics. She is board-certified by the American
College of Physical Medicine to treat Chronic Intractable Pain &
Neuropathy. She is also certified by the Trigenics Institute of Functional
Neurology to assess, diagnose, & treat the shoulder, knee, and lower
extremities. Her extensive studies have allowed her to design more extensive
treatment protocols for acute and chronic injuries. Her studies also allow
her to combine her passion for sports and provide excellent rehabilitative
programs that target healthy recovery using the latest technologies such as
laser therapy, decompression, & brain-based therapies to provide speedy
recovery, improved strength, and performance.
Dr. Stidwell loves spending time with her family and friends.

Barbara Hall, LPN, CA/RA is a Certified Chiropractic Assistant /Office Manager of Dr. Sophronia Stidwell, D.C. at Copiah Family Wellness Chiropractic Clinic located in Hazlehurst, Mississippi. Barbara assists with patient therapies, scheduling appointments, and many other tasks as a front desk clerk/manager. Here at Copiah Family Wellness Chiropractic Clinic we value and care for each patient as if they are our own loved ones reaching out for our help.
